How will I be placed in the correct class?
When you come to us for the first time you will do a written and an oral test. After the teacher has marked the test s/he will tell you your mark. At this point the teacher will advise you on the right course for you and you can choose a class at a time that is convenient for you.

What if I don't think that I'm at the right level?
Talk to your teacher about it.

Are all your teachers native speakers of English?
Yes

How will I know how I'm doing on the course?
We monitor your progress carefully. Throughout your course your teacher is on hand to discuss your strengths and weaknesses in English and to offer advice. After the tests at the middle and end of the course will have an individual counselling session with your teacher

Are there any international exams I can take to show the level of my English?
We encourage our students to take Cambridge ESOL examinations. These exams are internationally recognised and are among the world's best-known qualifications. They are used by both employers and universities as reliable indicators of competence. Many of our courses are specially designed to help you prepare for these exams.

What can I do outside the classroom to improve my English?
One of our key objectives is to teach you the learning strategies so that you can continue to improve your English after the course ends.
